Refund policy

Eligible website Studio purchases are covered by a 3-day money-back guarantee. If the studio isn't for you, email support@videoset.ai within 3 days of your purchase for a full refund.

Because every generation consumes real GPU compute, the guarantee automatically ends once you have used more than 5 generation credits. That's enough to genuinely test multiple models and formats while keeping things fair.

Subscription renewals are not covered by the guarantee; you can cancel anytime and keep your remaining credits until the end of the billing period.

Accountless messaging orders use separate refund rules. If VideoSet cannot fulfill a paid order because generation or delivery fails, we refund the original payment method. Telegram digital orders are paid and refunded only in Telegram Stars. For help, use the bot's /paysupport command or visit Payment support.

Your content. You own the outputs you generate and the materials you upload. Creator and Studio plans include a commercial license for generated outputs; you are responsible for ensuring your uploads (photos, audio, reference video) don't infringe third-party rights — including the rights of people depicted in photos you animate or lip-sync.

Acceptable use. Don't generate content that is unlawful, infringing, or deceptive — including non-consensual likeness use or impersonation. We may suspend accounts that violate this policy; unused purchased credits on suspended accounts are refunded except in cases of fraud.

Credits & billing. Credits are consumed per generation at the rates shown before each render. Monthly plans refresh monthly; annually billed plans receive their full annual credit pool after payment. One-time pack credits never expire. Cancel anytime — you keep access until the end of the paid billing period.

WhatsApp orders. Accountless WhatsApp orders are separate one-time purchases. The creative brief and price are shown before checkout, generation starts only after payment is confirmed, and a provider failure triggers an automatic refund to the original payment method.

Telegram orders. Accountless Telegram orders are separate one-time digital-service purchases. They are charged exclusively in Telegram Stars (XTR), start only after Telegram confirms the exact displayed payment, and do not create a VideoSet subscription. The user must confirm the applicable terms before purchase.

Service. Generations run on third-party model providers; we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability of any specific model and may substitute equivalents when a provider deprecates one. The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law.

What we store. Your account details (via Firebase Authentication), prompts, uploaded references, generated outputs, and a credit ledger — everything needed to power your Asset Library and billing. Media files are stored on edge object storage; payments are processed by Stripe (USD) and Paystack (Naira) — we never see your card number.

Accountless orders. If you order through WhatsApp, your phone number identifies the conversation. For Telegram, the platform-provided user and chat IDs identify it. We process the messages, temporary reference files, order state, and payment references needed to quote, generate, deliver, support, and refund the order. The messaging platform also processes the conversation under its own terms and privacy notices.

What we don't do. We don't sell your data and we don't train models on your private content. Prompts and uploads are sent to the model providers (e.g. via the fal.ai gateway) solely to run your generations.

Your controls. Delete any asset from your Library at any time. Use the Account & Support page to export your data, request a refund, or permanently delete your account. Account deletion removes account records immediately and queues stored media for deletion within 30 days. Temporary source media for accountless messaging orders is deleted after completion or refund and abandoned media expires after the configured retention period, seven days by default.
