Privacy policy

• Website account details, authentication identifiers, plan, credit ledger, and billing references;
• prompts, creative briefs, uploaded references, settings, generated outputs, and technical order status;
• support messages, abuse reports, security events, and basic service logs; and
• payment references needed to confirm, reconcile, or refund a purchase. VideoSet does not receive your full payment-card number.

For a Telegram order, we process the Telegram user and chat identifiers supplied to the bot, optional public profile fields Telegram includes, messages and files you voluntarily submit, invoice details, order state, and the Telegram payment charge identifier needed for support and refunds. We do not need a VideoSet login for that order.

WhatsApp accountless orders similarly use the sending phone number to identify the conversation. Telegram, WhatsApp, Apple, Google, and other platform or payment providers may independently process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

We use this information to:

• understand, quote, invoice, generate, deliver, and refund orders;
• maintain purchase records and respond to support or disputes;
• secure the service, prevent fraud, and enforce acceptable use; and
• comply with legal, accounting, and platform obligations.

Prompts and necessary input files are sent to contracted model providers solely to perform the requested generation or enhancement. We also use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, object storage, email, and monitoring. These providers receive only the information reasonably needed to perform their service.

Accountless source uploads are kept only while needed to validate, fulfill, deliver, support, or refund the order. The bot is configured to delete temporary source media after completion or refund and to expire abandoned source media after the configured retention period, which is seven days by default. Generated deliverables may remain available only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, and dispute handling.

Order and payment records may be retained longer where reasonably required for accounting, fraud prevention, disputes, platform reconciliation, or law. We delete or de-identify other personal data when it is no longer needed for these purposes.

To request deletion of Telegram bot data, use the bot's /delete command when available or email us with your Telegram numeric user ID and relevant order reference. We may retain a minimal transaction record when law or an unresolved dispute requires it.

You can delete website assets from the Library and use Account & Support to request an export or account deletion. For an accountless order, contact us to access, correct, or delete information associated with the messaging identity you used.

We do not sell personal data and do not train shared generative models on your private prompts, messages, uploads, or outputs.
