Payment support
VideoSet handles disputes and refunds for purchases made through its bot. Telegram support cannot resolve a VideoSet purchase.
Telegram Stars purchases
Open @VideoSetAIBot and send /paysupport, or email support@videoset.ai. Include:
- the VideoSet order reference;
- your Telegram username or numeric user ID;
- the Stars amount and approximate payment time; and
- a short description of the missing delivery, duplicate, or refund issue.
Do not send passwords, one-time codes, payment-card details, or private recovery information. If VideoSet cannot fulfill a paid digital order, the refund is returned in Telegram Stars to the original purchaser through Telegram's refund system.
Other VideoSet payments
For website subscription, credit-pack, or supported WhatsApp-order payment help, email the address above with the order or receipt reference. Do not include full card or bank details.
