Terms of service

You must be legally able to enter into a contract where you live. By creating an account, using the service, or confirming the terms before an accountless purchase, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not submit a purchase.

Prices, the requested service, important limits, and the expected output are shown before payment. You are responsible for reviewing that order summary before confirming payment.

You retain rights you hold in prompts, uploads, and generated outputs. You grant VideoSet the limited permission needed to store, process, transmit, and deliver that material to operate your request. You must have permission to use every photo, video, audio track, logo, likeness, voice, and other reference you submit.

You may not use VideoSet to create or distribute content that is:

• illegal, infringing, fraudulent, deceptive, or malicious;
• non-consensual intimate content, sexual content involving minors, or exploitative content;
• an unauthorized impersonation, deceptive deepfake, or misuse of a person's face, voice, identity, or private information; or
• malware, pirated material, violent threats, harassment, or hate.

We may refuse, stop, or remove prohibited requests. If a paid accountless order cannot be fulfilled because it violates these rules, we will review the payment for a refund as required by these terms and applicable law; fraud or abuse may make a refund unavailable.

Website credits are consumed at the rate displayed before a render. Monthly plans refresh monthly; annually billed plans receive their annual credit allocation after payment. One-time pack credits do not expire. You can cancel a subscription and retain access through the end of its paid billing period.

Eligible website Studio purchases have a 3-day money-back guarantee that ends after more than 5 generation credits have been used. Subscription renewals are excluded. Accountless messaging orders use the separate rules below.

An accountless order does not create a VideoSet subscription or website account. The messaging account that contacts the bot identifies the conversation and order.

Telegram orders. Digital services purchased inside Telegram are charged only in Telegram Stars (currency code XTR). Telegram determines what a Star costs the user; a Stars invoice is not a promise of a fixed cash exchange value. VideoSet starts fulfillment only after Telegram reports a successful payment matching the displayed order and Stars amount.

WhatsApp orders. When available, WhatsApp accountless orders use the one-time checkout shown in the order link. They do not include a subscription.

If VideoSet cannot complete a paid accountless order because generation or delivery fails, we issue a full refund through the payment method used for that order. Telegram Stars refunds are returned through Telegram using the original Telegram payment identifier; they are not paid as cash by VideoSet.

For a duplicate charge, missing delivery, or other payment dispute, use Payment support or the bot's /paysupport command. We are responsible for bot-purchase support; Telegram support cannot resolve purchases made from VideoSet.

VideoSet uses third-party hosting, storage, payment, messaging, and model providers. Specific models may be delayed, unavailable, or replaced with an equivalent option. We do not guarantee that every model or messaging channel will always be available.

The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent allowed by law. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
