Email support@videoset.ai from an address where we can reply. For Telegram help, you can also open @VideoSetAIBot and send /support.

Include only the information we need to locate and understand the issue:

• your order reference;
• your Telegram username or numeric user ID, when applicable;
• what you expected and what happened; and
• a screenshot that does not expose sensitive information, if useful.

Never send a password, login code, bot token, recovery phrase, full payment-card number, or banking credential. VideoSet support will not ask for them.

For a missing delivery, duplicate payment, failed refund, or Telegram Stars issue, use /paysupport in the bot or visit Payment support. Telegram support and the general @BotSupport account cannot resolve a purchase from VideoSet; VideoSet is responsible for handling it.

To request access to or deletion of accountless bot data, email us with the messaging identity and order reference needed to verify the request. Read our Privacy Policy for retention details.
